<p> A new Kilechek kindergarten, designed for 220 kids, will open in the Sovetsky district of Kazan at the end of August. The preschool will have 12 groups, including six nurseries. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected the construction of the kindergarten. </p> <p> Construction of a two-storey kindergarten under the Demography national project started in January. Today, the construction of a building with an area of 3738.7 sq.m. completed by 90%. </p> <p> The construction of 44 residential buildings is planned at the Moi ritm residential complex. The construction of social facilities for such neighborhoods should be planned in advance, the Mayor said. </p> <p> “It is important to develop social infrastructure alongside residential construction,”- I. Metshin said. </p> This year, 9 kindergartens and 3 schools for more than 3 thousand children will be built in Kazan. Over the past 12 years, 118 new kindergartens for 16,820 children have been opened in Kazan.
