Damir Fattakhov: “Uniting resources and mutual trust is the most valuable thing that the “Good Kazan” has done

Over the 3 years of its existence, the project “Good Kazan” has not only become one of the development priorities of the capital of Tatarstan, but also an important link between different structures of government, business and non-profit organizations. Damir Fattakhov, the Minister for Youth Affairs of the RT, said about this today at the plenary meeting of the forum “Good Kazan. Charity: the experience of the regions”. </p> <p> </p> <p> The main objective of the two-day forum was to become a platform for the exchange of experience and ideas between non-profit organizations. “There was an urgent need for such sites in other cities, it was the “Good Kazan”. Power, business, non-profit organizations, media meet here. Thanks to this “resource center”, there is a solution for the implementation of various projects and not always financial issues, there are a large number of examples where the issue is only in pooling resources”, said D. Fattakhov. He added that often citizens who previously wanted to help and donate, did not know what to do, and non-profit organizations, in turn, waited for help. “Thanks to the site “Good Kazan”, the trust was born, and this is the most valuable thing that we managed to create. But we have no illusions, we know that we still have a lot of work ahead of us”, concluded the speaker. He thanked all the forum participants for their work and new ideas in the development of charity. </p>
