The medical facility will start accepting its first patients on January 1
The facility with an area of 12,000 square meters has all the necessary conditions and modern equipment to provide a wide range of services and examinations. A total of about 700 employees will be working in the children's and adult departments.
Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, and Marsel Minnullin, the Tatarstan Minister of Health, attended the opening ceremony. The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the ceremony via video conference mode.
The facility will provide medical care to in the new residential area and will serve up to 60,000 people.

This much-awaited clinic is among the largest not just in the republic but also beyond its borders. It's a palace of health and wellness. Let me remind that we enter 2024 by opening the perinatal center at City Hospital – 7», – the Mayor said. He thanked the leaders of the country and region for implementing this project.
750 patients will be served per shift in the clinic. Medical care will be provided by doctors of various specialties, including district internists, pediatricians, and doctors of narrow profile. The outpatient clinic has modern high-tech equipment, including three X-ray machines, fluorograph, mammograph, computed tomograph, ultrasound machines, and ECG equipment.
The interior design is based on the idea of «Man as part of the ecosystem». In the children's department, patients can listen to folk tales using QR codes, and in the adult department, they can leave feedback and suggestions.
The polyclinic has a therapeutic department with 10 sections, as well as a preventive department, which includes a treatment room, ECG room, examination rooms, and doctors' offices. The medical facility has a trauma center, day care hospital, maternity welfare center, rehabilitation department, and separate infectious diseases unit.Approximately 200 medical workers will serve the pediatric unit - pediatricians, social workers, and other specialists. Equipment for both emergency and scheduled care will allow for various examinations, such as functional diagnostics and Holter monitoring. Additionally, a day care hospital with six beds will be equipped.
Admission of patients will begin on January 1, but doctors will be available during the holidays. There are 37 ambulances, and an additional 40 are expected to arrive in 2025.
The clinic has access roads, parking, spacious waiting areas and halls, and a baby care room.
