The consideration of applications is carried out in accordance with Federal Law №59-FZ of 02.05.2006 “On the Procedure for Considering Appeals of Citizens of the Russian Federation”.
If the issue falls within the competence of the local self-government bodies of Kazan, the appeal is considered within 30 days from the date of its registration. The question should be formulated clearly, in a concise form. The bodies of local self-government of Kazan have the right to leave unanswered appeals, which contain obscene or offensive expressions, threats to the life, health, and property of the official or members of his family.
