Vladimir Putin will arrive in Kazan for the closing ceremony of the WorldSkills Championship

The President of the Russian Federation will meet with the Russian team of young professionals.

(KZN.RU, August 26). On August 27, Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, will attend the closing ceremony of the 45th WorldSkills Championships Kazan 2019.

The head of state plans to meet with the Russian team of young professionals, as well as with Simon Bartley, the WorldSkills International President, reports the press service of the President of the RF.

The anniversary 45th WorldSkills Championship takes place in Kazan from 22 to 27 of August. It is attended by 1360 contestants from 63 countries. 1294 experts evaluate their competitions in 56 competencies.

Officially, the Russian Federation joined WorldSkills in 2012 and became the 60th country in a row to participate in the international movement, which today includes 80 states. Today the Union “Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia)” covers all regions, 3500 colleges, 160 universities, and 25 largest companies.
