A new block-modular boiler house will be launched in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan

<p> In the new heating season, a new block-modular boiler house will be launched in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan. It will provide heat to four residential buildings and a kindergarten instead of the worn-out complex. Now the boiler house is being installed on the site along Kurskaya Street. The progress of the work was inspected by the head of the Executive Committee of the city Rustem Gafarov. </p> <p> According to the chief engineer of Kazenergo Yuri Nikonorov, the boiler house, which is currently being installed on Kurskaya Street, will be divided into separate three-meter components and brought to the site at 39 Tolstogo St. for a complete installation. </p> <p> Now the site is being prepared for the installation, the issue of its release from existing utilities and electrical cables is being resolved. Then the workers will start pouring the foundation. It is expected that it will be completed by the end of August. </p> <p> “At the same time, issues are also being resolved to provide utilities – these are water, gas, electric energy and heating networks. It is planned to complete the work by the beginning of the heating season. There are no problems with the configuration since all the equipment is domestic,”- Yuri Nikonorov assured. </p> <p> According to him, the thermal capacity of the new boiler house will be 4 MW (two boilers of 2 MW each) or 3.5 Gcal/hour. It will provide heat to four residential buildings, a kindergarten and several other facilities. </p> <p> “Presently, the condition of the existing boiler room is unsatisfactory, further heat supply is impossible. Therefore, a decision was made: the city is building a new facility to which existing consumers will be switched,”- the chief engineer of Kazenergo summed up. </p>
