The electronic queue launched in a test mode in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kazan

(KZN.RU, January 31). The electronic queue launched in the test mode in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kazan. It will be possible to use the service through the government services portal on the Internet or the terminals. The terminal and 10 monitors for visual and audible information were installed on Gruzdev Street, №5. You can sign up for all municipal services provided by the Department. Irina Dyabilkin, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, said this during the reports to Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.

The electronic queue is implemented in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning for a reason. Every year the number of applications from citizens to this department is growing. In 2017, they registered 31869, which is 1.6 times more than in 2013 and 10 thousand more than in 2015. The growth is especially noticeable in applications for municipal services. In 2017, there were 23668, which is 4.3 times more than in the same 2013. Thus, 5000 appeals go to management per month, and 100-200 people come to a reception per day.

“We made a navigation system in the reception area, we also plan to install video surveillance there. We accept a large number of citizens, there are complaints. Therefore, the cameras will help to understand objectively every case. In addition, it is a very good anti-corruption protection”, noted I. Dyabilkina. It is planned to implement a video surveillance system in the first quarter of this year.

The electronic system for preliminary examination of sketches of signboards “Planet of Tasks” was introduced in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. 1936 projects were considered in it. In addition, the agency participates in the pilot project of the Department of Information Technology and Communications, in which 5 municipal services are provided fully in electronic form, including a service for the signage approval.

The task of organizing an electronic queue and recording in municipal structures was set to improve the quality of work with the public. In 2016, a pilot project of the electronic queue was implemented in the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration with the installation of a recording terminal on the first floor of the building. For 2017, the residents used the service more than 12000 times. Since January 15, Kazan citizens have been able to get an appointment at the district administration through the portal of government and municipal services of the RT. The implementation of the project is also planned in the Committee for Land and Property Relations and the Department of Urban Development Permissions based on the results of the work analysis of the Executive Committee units rendering services to the population.
