In 2024, five medical institutions will undergo renovation in the capital of Tatarstan

1.5 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the national Healthcare project in the city

This year, 1.5 billion rubles have been allocated to implement the national Healthcare project in Kazan. With these funds, five medical institutions will be overhauled this year, the largest polyclinic in the city will be built in Salavat Kupere – today it is 85% completed, equipment will be purchased and other work will be performed.

It is planned to renovate polyclinic departments №3 and № 4, the premises of the women's clinic on Daurskaya street, children's polyclinic № 9 and its branch on Gavrilova Street.

Portable ultrasound devices will be purchased for hospitals №2, 7, 11, 12, 16, 18 under the program of equipping medical facilities. A mammograph will be purchased for the municipal polyclinic № 18 – it will be purchased under the re-equipment program. In addition, equipment will be purchased for 13 organizations providing primary health care, and spirometers, portable express analyzers of cholesterol, sugar and hemoglobin levels, blood pressure monitors and electrocardiographs will be installed in Kazan polyclinics for citizens.

The Republican clinical oncology center and regional vascular centers will be equipped with medical devices and medicines.
