March 28, In Russia declared mourning for the death of people in a fire in Kemerovo

(KZN.RU, March 27). On March 28, Russia declared mourning connected with the death of people in the fire in Kemerovo. The decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

National flags will be lowered throughout the country on the day of mourning. Cultural institutions and TV and radio companies are invoked to cancel entertaining broadcasts on March 28. The Government of Russia jointly with the state authorities of the Russian Federations regions is instructed to take the necessary measures to assist to the victims and their families.

We remind, on March 25, a fire occurred in one of the shopping centers of Kemerovo, 64 people died, including children. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin expressed his condolences in connection with the tragedy.
