The improvement of a residential district with an area of 133 thousand square meters is being completed in the Privolzhsky city district

<p> The improvement of a residential district with an area of 133 thousand square meters is planned to be completed in two weeks in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan. The yards of 27 apartment buildings will be improved under the Our Yard republican program. This year, work is being carried out in the yards of nine residential buildings near the park on Parina Street. It will affect 2.500 residents. Today, the Mayor of the capital of the republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of work. </p> <p> The landscaping work has been underway here since last year. On an area of 44,200 square meters, workers have already replaced the asphalt pavement, installed small architectural forms and outdoor equipment, as well as outdoor lighting – 43 new light points have been installed. The parking area will double - 108 new parking lots will appear here. </p> <p>  The head of the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of the city Albert Salikhov reported to the Mayor that special attention was paid to gardening during the landscaping of the territory. He also said that residents asked for the safety of children to install speed bumps at the entrances of the yards. Ilsur Metshin instructed the head of the districts to take into account the wishes of residents. </p> <p> Two playgrounds are being built at 2 Akademika Parina str. and 8 Syrtlanovoy str. For young citizens, 10 small architectural forms will be installed here – three children's playgrounds with a slide, a sandbox, a rocking bike, double swings, a carousel, as well as educational panels. </p> <p> For the convenience of residents who are engaged in sports, sports equipment will be installed. Residents are also engaged in landscaping – they plant flowers and other plants in front of each entrance. </p> <p> The benches, trash bins and hemispheres are being installed at the yard at 4a Akademika Parina Street. Due to utilities, it is impossible to install playgrounds here, but children can play in neighboring yards. </p> <p> At the yard on Pobedy Avenue, 15/1, 15/2, 15/3, there will be a playground of six small architectural forms - a children's play complex, double swings, rocking balancer and rocking springs, a house with a canopy. </p> <p> </p> <p> “In general, the Our Yard program is on schedule in Kazan. As of today, the renovation is carried out at 2/3 of the yards planned for this year. As a result, about 100 thousand more people will receive comfortable renovated yards,”- the Mayor of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded. </p> <p> </p>
