Two historic pavilions will be reconstructed in Kazan park “Chernoe Ozero”

Objects built in the mid-70s will be restored in the same measures on existing foundations.

(KZN.RU, May 21). Two historical pavilions will be reconstructed in Kazan park “Chernoe Ozero”. A complex of two structures has existed on the territory of the garden since the 70s of the last century and was lost in 2010.

The objects were built following the example of the landing stage architecture, which is typical of the Volga cities of the 1960-80s.

Buildings will be recreated in the same measures on existing foundations. It is planned to keep the same decisions on the facades and space-planning principles reflecting shipbuilding traditions.

Recreation projects have already passed the corresponding state historical and cultural expertise. The restaurant complex will be located in the pavilions, as well as the building for co-working and renting, reports the “Tatmedia”.

The urban garden “Chernoe Ozero” is an object of the cultural heritage of regional significance. It was created in the second half of the XVIII century around the long-existing pond, built in the valley of the river. The creation of the garden was conducted under the guidance of the famous Kazan architect Vasily Kaftyrev.
