<p> (KZN.RU, July 29, Alina Berezhnaya). Today, the public discussions of General plan of Kazan are started in dispute.kzn.ru information system. Till August 1, the citizens can leave their remarks and proposals on this website, as well as in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan (5 Gruzdeva St). </p> <p> As Irina Dyabilkina, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan, informed at the Business Monday, the participants of discussions can become citizens constantly living on the territory of the city, and the legal owners of the objects of the real estate on the city's territory. </p> <p> Evgenia Lodvigova, the first deputy head of the Kazan Municipality, noted that the General plan of Kazan is an important document for the residents. “The Moscow General Planning Research and Project Institute specialists conducted a big analysis of the current situation in the city from transport system to ecological atmosphere. Lots of information has been analysed by the participation of the local architects and designers. As a result, a complex evaluation of the city territory has been made and strategic document has been developed which guarantees balance of infrastructure supplying of the territory with parameters based on functional zoning“, - Е.Lodvigova made comments. </p> <p> As I.Dyabilkina explained that it is necessary to be authorized with the confirmed accounts for working in the information system of public discussions. Today more than 80% of the citizens have the accounts. </p> <p> For those whom has no an access to the computer, the workplaces are equipped in the districts' administrations and the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan, where the trained consultants will help to be oriented in the information system of public discussions. During the public discussions the Departament will take surgeries from 8.00 till 20.00. </p> <p> All necessary information for the participants of public discussions is located as well on the official Kazan portal. Here in the special section the citizens will be able to load the maps of the General plan in high resolution, to be acquainted with the Norms and Standards and to learn the procedure of execution of public discussions. </p> <p> During the public discussions the special expositions are issued in the districts' administrations and the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan, where everyone will be able to be acquainted with all materials of the General plan. </p> <p> On August 29, the result conclusion of public discussions will be published in the Compilation of documents and will be available on the official website of Kazan. </p> <p> “The key General plan principle is a harmonious development of all zones. Placement of objects on the city territory is planned so that to exclude a circular migration, the citizens should receive all services in walk distance from home. New General plan will allow the city to develop in all directions“, - Е.Lodvigova noted, emphasising that the future of the city depends on the people's opinion, and called the citizens to take part in the public discussions. </p> <p> “Public discussions of General plan project have held earlier, the citizens have left their remarks and proposals, many of which are taken into account by the designers. Now the updated project is being followed by a public comment process, and the most structural remarks will be taken to work. The comfortable life of future generations depends on what development prospects of the city we will add today“, - Е.Lodvigova concluded. </p> <p>   </p>
