A cadastral valuation of industrial lands and lands for other use of the RT will be held in Kazan

<p> (KZN.RU, August 5). In 2020, the state cadastral valuation of industrial lands and lands for other use of the RT will take place in the territory of Tatarstan and its capital. </p> <p> Preparation for the state cadastral valuation will be carried out until January 1 of next year. </p> <p> As part of the preparatory phase, in order to collect and process information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the Center for State Cadastral Valuation accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate from the owners. </p> <p> The copyright holders of real estate are entitled to submit declarations on the characteristics of real estate to the GBU “TcGKO”. It includes clarifying the main, quantitative, and qualitative characteristics of the assessment objects: type of permitted use, description of the location, the area, the actual use, the remoteness of the land plot, and other factors affecting on the cadastral valuation of the property. </p> <p> Reception of declarations is carried out in the GBU “TcGKO” at Parizhskoy Kommuny Street, №8 (entrance from the corner of the building, document acceptance area of AO “BTI”), branches of the GBU “Multifunctional Center for the provision of state and municipal services in the RT”. </p> <p> You can also provide a declaration as an electronic document (a scanned document with a personal signature) by e-mail of the GBU “TsGKO”: <a href="mailto:Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru">Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru</a>. </p> <p> Detailed information is available on the website cgko.tatarstan.ru in the section “Procedures for the provision of services”. </p>
