Bus drivers will promptly receive a signal from the Emergency Department and take passengers to the nearest shelter
Trainings to practice escape plan in case of an imminent threat from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) continue in Kazan. Trainings took place in the Aviastroitelny district of the city. Escape plan was developed under various scenarios - evacuation from public transport, apartment buildings, youth centers, and a recreational center. The main goal is to teach residents and staff how to act without panic, clearly and quickly when faced with a real threat.
Representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, municipal unitary enterprises Metroelectrotrans and Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise - 2, as well as the Passenger Transportation company, took part in the trainings.
«It is crucial for us to have a clear understanding of escape plans among residents and personnel so that everyone knows what to do and how to react in case of an actual threat. The main cause of panic in emergencies is lack of knowledge. When people know the escape plan and where to take shelter, they can avoid panic and stay calm»,- said Sergey Chankin, head of the Kazan Civil Protection Department.
Similar events will be conducted in all districts of the city.
