The educational forum HoReCa Club is taking place in Kazan

The program of the forum is aimed at training personnel for the WorldSkills Kazan 2019.

(KZN.RU, June 19). Today, the educational forum HoReCa Club for hotel and restaurant employees is held in Kazan.

The program of the forum is aimed at training personnel for the WorldSkills Kazan 2019.

During the day, experts share with the forum participants the features of communication with guests from different countries, talk about working in conflict situations, working with negative reviews, service and teamwork in difficult conditions, adhering to HACCP food safety principles, as well as about legislative foundations, strategy of quality and safety of food products of the RF.

Specially invited guests are Ekaterina Barabanova, the deputy chairperson of the Tatarstan State Committee for Tourism, Daria Sannikova, the director of the Tourism Promotion Committee, and Maksim Denisov, the deputy general director of the ANO “Directorate of Sports and Social Projects”. They inform the forum participants about upcoming events in the city summer period and on the days of the Championship.

In addition, HoReCa English, a spoken English course, was launched for service professionals. Training will be held based on real situations in the hotel and restaurant, according to the Tourism Promotion Committee.
