(KZN.RU, November 22). The mode of operation of municipal parking lots for 2019 has been determined in Kazan. The corresponding resolution №5780 of 09/11/2019 was published in the Collection of Documents and Legal Acts of the Kazan Municipality.

Thus, drivers will not be charged for placing vehicles in parking lots from January 1 to January 8, on February 23, March 8 and 9, from 1 to 4 and from 9 to 11 of May, on June 12, August 30, November 4, 6, as well as on the holiday of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

From November 1, the number of parking lots on the streets of Kazan increased by 1185 spots.

You can pay for municipal parking via SMS to the short number 3116, a mobile application, as well as a parking meter installed in the parking area. Also, additional payment methods are currently available: the bot of the Kazan Parking Group in Vkontakte, ways to replenish the “Yandex. Money” and “Sberbank Online”. Payment for parking must be made in advance, before parking. The amount of the fine for non-payment is 2500 rubles.

The working hours of municipal street parking are set on weekdays and Saturdays from 7 am to 9 pm. The fee for placing vehicles in municipal street parking is not charged at night (from 9 pm to 7 am), on Sundays and public holidays (around the clock).
