The preliminary design of the third house of “Svei” begins on Chetaev Street in Kazan

The work progress in problem objects of deceived shareholders was discussed at a weekly meeting in the Executive Committee.

(KZN.RU, August 8, Alsu Safina). The work continues on the problem objects of deceived shareholders in Kazan. The outline design of the third house of “Svei” on Chetaev Street began. The work schedule in the first house of the residential complex “Molodezhny” on Noksinsky Spusk was approved. This became known today at a traditional meeting in the Executive Committee of Kazan on the building block.

At the beginning of the meeting, Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, said that after eliminating the previously identified flaws, the examination agreed on insolation calculations made for the third house of the MPK “Alfa-Stroyproekt” and the maximum permissible number of floors of the facility.

The developer OOO “Svei” was once granted permission to build a 3-section 9-storey building. However, the apartments there were sold as for a 9-section 18-storey building. The construction was frozen during the building of the frame. The calculations approved for today by the examination represents the object as a 9-section house of different floors. “The indicators that you presented have been confirmed by the expertise, we can safely move on”, marked the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, referring to Olga Rossikhina, the manager of the MPK “Alfa-Stroyproekt”.

The next step will be the development of conceptual design with technical and economic indicators. Olga Rossikhina clarified that she will present a preliminary design to the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city on August 15. It is expected that the documents will be reviewed within 1-2 days. After agreeing on a preliminary design, it will be possible to begin working design.

Azat Nigmatzyanov also instructed the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning to work out the issue on the facade of the Svey’s house. “It should be functional, beautiful and of high quality”, he emphasized.

According to the schedule, work continues at the “Mag-Stroy’s” house on Chistopolskaya Street in the 68th quarter, where OOO “Briz” is the contractor. In the residential complex “Younost” of the “Fon” the company “Ak Tash” approved the schedule of work in the first house. At the end of last week, Gazinur Akhmetov, the director of the OOO “Ak Tash”, announced the completion date for the facility. The construction and installation work will be completed by September 20. It is expected that by September 30, the Gosstroynadzor will receive an opinion on the compliance of the facility with the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation. The “Ak Tash” began completion of the 20-story first building in the residential complex of the “Fon” last fall.

Along with this, the designers submit to the “Ak Tash” the documents for the repeated examination of the design documentation, in particular, for the fire extinguishing system, electrics, and other sections.

The state examination agreed on the estimated documentation for another object of the “Fon”, the house №2 of the residential complex “MChS”, said Denis Chainikov, the head of “Komosstroy Kazan”, at the meeting. He reminded of the amount of work that was included in the agreed documentation: the delivery of block “A”, the execution of monolithic work in block “B”, as well as the block sections “A*” and “B*”. Azat Nigmatzyanov instructed the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction to work out all the details. “The delivery of block “A” is possible only if the block section “B” is made a monolith. It is necessary to ensure that these issues no longer overlap”, marked the first deputy head of the Executive Committee.

The construction of the second house of the residential complex “MChS” was launched in 2012 by the OOO “Fon” and was supposed to be completed at the end of 2016. The deadlines were repeatedly rescheduled. A year ago, there were attempts to resume construction of the facility, but work was suspended due to lack of funding. Negotiations with a future contractor began last December. This year, an agreement was signed between the Republican Fund for Support of Shareholders, OOO “Fon”, OOO “Komosstroy Kazan Specialized Developer” and the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of Kazan.

Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Republican Fund for the Support of Shareholders, Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction, Airat Akhmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Housing Policy Department, Zhanna Belitskaya, the deputy head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, representatives of construction and network organizations, city services, shareholders, and others also attended the meeting.
