In Kazan one-way loop of water network is being finalized on the problem house «Svey» on Chetaev street

It will solve the problem not only of the fourth house shareholders, but also the whole microdistrict.

In Kazan construction works has beem finished in the fourth house of the problem house «Svey» on Chetaev street and a number of measures are being undertaking to eliminate problems noted by Inspection of Gosstroynadzor of the RT, in particular, technical issue of one-way loop of water network is resolved there. Next Wednesday the shareholders will be able to visit the object and see their apartments.

The construction is on schedule in the apartment building «Mag-Stroi» on Chistopolskaya street, at the same time there are some network issues, for example, it needs to resurface a storm drain network, this will require to open asphalt. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, also attended the meeting.

Shareholders of the fourth house on Chetaev street will be able to see the object their apartments on April 10

The construction has been finished in the fourth house of the problem house «Svei» on Chetaev street for 130 apartments. For two weeks small architectural shapes have been installed on the territory. The first deputy head Executive Committee told about measures which were being undertaking to eliminate problems noted by Inspection of Gosstroynadzor of the RT, in particular, documentation and one-way loop of water network.

Andrey Belyakov, the director of the contracting company OOO «Briz», which took over the completion of the project in 2018, told that one-way loop of water network had been done, cutting had yet to be implemented. It will solve the problem not only of the fourth house shareholders, but also the whole microdistrict.

Liana Khalikova, one of shareholders, asked in what day they would be able to visit their apartments. Azat Nigmatzyanov told that «Briz» welcomed the shareholders of the fourth house on Chetaev street on April 10 from 16.00pm till 18.00pm. Andrey Urlukov, the competitive manager of the OOO «Firma «Svei» will provide information on the owners to «Briz». «If somebody not is able to come at this time, we will discuss once again», - assured Azat Nigmatzyanov.

Also the improvement of the house territory was discussed in the meeting which would be performed, when soil temperatures was above zero, and building fence would be removed after receiving the conclusion.

We would remind that the company «Svei» planned to begin the construction of the house in 2009, these terms were changed more than once - in 2012, 2013, then in 2014. Soon work were ceased. In 2018 to complete object the company “Breeze” started. In 2018, the company «Briz» took over the completion of the project.

A storm drain network is resurfaced in the house on Chistopolskaya street in 68th block

The decorative and façade works are contining in the house for 320 apartments on Chistopolskaya street in 68th block, where the «Mag-Stroi» is the developer. Besides works on the plumbing and electrical installations are under way, they will be completed by the end of the month, electroswitchboard will be transferred to Kazan power networks for inclusion of electrical power supply. The decorative works are contining in the first block, and fitting the tiles in common areas is under way. Besides the installation of lifts has been entirely finished in the first block. In the second block two lifts has been finished meanwhile, additionally two lifts are at stage of commissioning and installation.

However there are some problems on the object which has been found recently. «Now specialists are processing the project. This will require to open asphalt. It has 30% of improvement. We would essentially be shifting the networks using open method», - told Andrei Belyakov. And then he explained: «We should make another project on Chistopolskaya street». The director of «Briz» informed as well that they removed the section of the water drain. One more open issue is connected with laying the water supply system, but «Briz» did not receive the project.

«The rest of the work is on schedule, no backlog», - summed up А.Belyakov.

We will remind the construction of this house began in 2007, expected completion date was 2012, however the construction works were stopped by bankruptcy of the company.

Marat Samigulin, the head of the Capital Construction and Reconstruction Office, Airat Akhmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Department of Housing Policy, the representatives of network organisations and urban services, and managers also attended the meeting.
