(KZN.RU, July 19). An exhibition dedicated to the Day of Vladimir Vysotsky has opened at the branch of the Kazan Museum of Soviet Lifestyle in St. Petersburg. The exhibition includes photographs of the artist, taken by Valery Plotnikov.
Visitors will see photos taken during the work communication between the photographer and the artist. Also, rare shots that are unknown to a broad audience will be presented in the exhibition.
In addition, the exhibition will feature a double vinyl record with Vysotsky's songs performed by him and Marina Vlady. The release of the disc was planned in 1975, but it never came out for several reasons.
A series of events dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Vysotsky will be held on July 25 in Kazan. “We will bring unique exhibits associated with the name of Vysotsky and his close friends. And of course, his songs will be played in the Kazan Museum”, said Rustem Valiakhmetov, the director of the Museum of Soviet Lifestyle.
