The traffic will be limited on the Millennium Square and near the Family Center “Kazan” on the City Day

On August 30, public transport will run until midnight on a tight schedule.

(KZN.RU, August 20, Alena Miroshnichenko). From August 27 to 30, the traffic will be limited on the Millennium Square and near the Family Center “Kazan” in Kazan due to the celebration of the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the City Day.

According to the Department of Culture, Millennium Square and Tashayak Street will be closed on August 27 and 28 from 10 pm to 6 am, and also from 8 pm on August 29 to 6 am on August 31.

From 3 pm to 11 pm on the City Day, Sibgat Khakim Street will be blocked in the area from Dekabristov Street to Absalyamov Street.

“We ask Kazan residents and guests of the capital to be understanding in regards of temporary inconveniences associated with restricting of the traffic”, said Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture. He added that public transport will operate until midnight on a tight schedule public holidays.
