<p> In 2022, 33 streets will be repaired in the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan. The head of the district administration Marat Zakirov reported about this at the Business Monday meeting. </p> <p> In addition, it is planned to repair roads at twelve settlement streets this year. </p> <p> One of the main road projects is the construction of the Great Kazan Ring Road. Last year, work was completed on the sections from Boriskovskaya st. to Tekhnicheskaya st. and from Tekhnicheskaya st. to Magistralnaya st. “Currently, work is underway on the construction of the fourth stage of the Great Kazan Ring Road on Mekhovshchikov st. (from Magistralnaya st. to Devyataev st.) with a complete replacement of utilities. The reconstruction of this site will affect not only the Vakhitovsky district, but also improve the entire traffic in the city”, - said M.Zakirov. </p> <p> In 2021, 51 streets were brought up to standard in two districts of the city, and the total repair area was 329,000 sq.m. Twenty-three streets have been renovated in the settlements. </p> <p> In addition to road repairs, comprehensive landscaping of the adjacent territories is underway. Under the Our Yard republican program, 75 territories were renovated in 2021. “This year, repairs are planned at 68 sites”, - the head of the administration said. </p> <p> The Our yard program also includes the territory of the Voskhozhdenie rehabilitation center for the disabled, located on Dubravnaya str., 43. </p> <p> Special attention was paid to the landscaping of the districts. Last year, more than 10 thousand trees and shrubs were planted in two districts of Kazan. </p>
