In Tatarstan 933 multi-room houses in 42 municipalities will be repaired in 2019

The works will start in 80% of city objects in April.

In Tatarstan 933 multi-room houses in 42 municipalities will be repaired in 2019. 355 lifts in 104 houses will be replaced in the total amount of 700 million roubles. It is planned to finish the renovation works not later than of late October. Ildus Nasyrov, the deputy minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the RT, told about it today at the at the press conference in the IA «Tatar-inform».

I.Nasyrov reminded, in Kazan this year it is planned to update 234 houses in the total amount of 1,8 bn roubles.

Today the selection of contractors are almost finished in the republic. We will remind, last year the new regulations of contractors entered into force. Now this is to be carried out in two phases. During the first phase the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services selects contractors for inclusion to a roster of qualified contractors via electronic auction. On the second phase the Foundation of Housing and Communal Services of the RT targets the conducts for work in some houses. «Now erection works started in 19 houses. This month works will start in 80% of houses», - noted I.Nasyrov.

Faces and roof repair should be finished up to the middle of August, work on engineering networks - till September 15. The completion of all repairs is scheduled for October 31. The capital repairs of available housing has been realised for 12 years since 2008, and requirements of the population to the quality of work are constantly growing.

The meeting with homeowners is held before repair, they are informed of limits and determine the types of work which should be conducted in accordance with the wishes of the tenants.

If the tenants are dissatisfied by quality of repair, the senior of house can not sign Acceptance Report, in which case the contractor would be obliged to remove all inconsistencies at once.

Responsibility for repair is given to enterprises and the organisation including a building control and technical supervision, the State Housing Inspectorate has a specific place in this work. We will note that the guarantee period of repair is 5 years - the contractor would be obliged to remove all inconsistencies, during this time.

85% objects will be repaired this year in Kazan. Many citizens have a question: why it is necessary to continue to pay for repair, if the house has already been repaired. As I.Nasyrov told about the essence of Housing and Communal Services and called «boiler» method. «I will give an example: it is necessary to repair some house by 5 million roubles. The owners get 3 million roubles, but they have raised only 700 thousand. Then they take 2 million 300 thousand roubles from the common boiler «boiler», - explained the speaker. - This house should raise these money and to give them to the common «boiler» to repair other houses».

Today Tatarstan is considerably ahead the implementation of the repair rogram because the resources are allocated from the republic and municipal budgets, added the deputy minister.

In the republic the special long-term repair program of the State Housing Inspectorate was created and would run until 2043. 16 thousand 577 houses are included to it.
