(KZN.RU, July 18). From 8 to 11 of August, Kazan will host the International Brass Orchestra Festival “Fanfare of Kazan”. As in the past year, the musicians will perform in city parks and squares, and also will march twice from Bauman Street around 1 May Square.
On the first day of the festival August 8, it will be possible to listen to the performances of the orchestras from 3 pm to 9 pm in the Kazan Kremlin and the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest.
On August 9 from 1 pm to 3 pm, the orchestras will perform on Bauman Street, from 3 pm to 3.30 pm – on 1 May Square, from 3.30 pm to 7 pm – in the Kazan Kremlin.
On August 10 from 10 am to 9 pm, concerts will take place in the Kazan Kremlin and the park “Krylya Sovetov”.
On August 11 from 9 am to 12 pm, brass bands will play for guests and residents in the parks “Chernoe Ozero” and Uritsky Park; from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm – on Bauman Street; from 3.30 pm to 4 pm, musicians will be on 1 May Square, from 4 pm to 6 pm – in the Kazan Kremlin.
In addition, on August 9 from 1 pm to 3.30 pm and on August 11 from 1.30 pm to 4 pm, the column of orchestras will run from the Clock on Bauman Street to Profsoyuznaya Street and go up to the 1 May Square. During these hours, the movement of vehicles on several central streets of the city will be limited along the route of the column.
The eighth Festival “Fanfare of Kazan” will present 19 bands and more than 700 musicians from the renowned orchestras of the Ministry of Defense of the RF, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the Rosgvardiya. Regular participants in solemn parades on Red Square, international festivals, military and special operations are among them.
The orchestras from the RT, the cities of Bogorodsk and Yekaterinburg will arrive in Kazan, as well as and the elegant, stylish majorettes from Nizhny Novgorod already loved by the citizens and guests of Tatarstan.
