Kazan residents can make an appointment through the portal of state services of the RT

You can use the electronic queue service through the recording terminals.

(KZN.RU, January 22, Alsu Safina). Recording to the reception in the district administrations through the portal of state and municipal services of the RT has become possible in Kazan since January 15. Rifat Khannanov, the head of the IT and Communications Department of the Executive Committee, said at the Business Monday that this service was used already 430 times over the past week.

“Until the end of January, the electronic queue will work in the Department of Architecture and Urban Development, in the Department of Land and Property Relations, and the Department of Urban Development”, noted R. Khannanov and added that it will be possible to use the service through the Internet or the recording terminal.

In 2016, a pilot project of the electronic line was implemented in the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administrations with the installation of a recording terminal on the first floor of the building. For 2017, the residents used the service more than 12000 times. Based on the results of the Executive Committee units work analysis providing services to the population, the project was planned to be implemented in all districts’ administrations, in the Department of Architecture and Urban Development, the Department of Land and Property Relations, and the Department of Urban Development.

“Together with the Ministry of Information and Communication of the RT, a solution has been implemented that allows a remote registration of state and municipal services by an admission to the departments, contacting technical support”, said Rifat Khannanov. “In total, 42 monitors for visual and audio information, 9 terminals records, and 9 administration servers are installed”.

Each division can independently determine the ratio of records through the Internet or the terminal, the duration of the reception of the visitor, and balance the workload of the employees conducting the reception.

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, noted that the task of organizing an electronic queue and recording in municipal structures was set to improve the quality of work with the population.
