More than 4 thousand tons of snow were removed from Kazan streets per day

542 units of special machinery were involved in cleaning on January 18.

(KZN.RU, January 19). 4081 tons of snow were removed from Kazan streets over the past day. In total, 633 road workers and 542 units of special equipment were involved in work on the streets. 93 combined road machines, 68 CRM “Boschung”, 14 snow loaders, 124 brush tractors, 26 graders, 60 wheel loaders, 48 MKSM “Barsik”, 91 dump trucks, and others were among them.

250 tons of anti-icing treatment was used on the roads of the city for the day, including 14 tons of reagent and 238 tons of sand-salt mixture.

In total, more than 272.1 thousand tons of snow were removed from the streets of the city since the beginning of the winter period, reports the Committee for External Improvement.
