R. Minnikhanov: “The Tatarstan branch of the party “United Russia” is one of the most massive and influential in the country”

189 delegates and candidates of preliminary voting took part in the party conference in the CC “Moskovsky”.

(KZN.RU, June 20). The conference of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian political party “United Russia” took place today in Kazan at the site of the CC “Moskovsky”. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, Farid Mukhametshin, the chairman of the State Council of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, and others took part in it. The main issue on the agenda is the nomination of candidates for the election of deputies of the State Council of the RT.

189 delegates from 45 local party branches and candidates by prior voting attended the conference. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the legislative support for the further development of the republic, the implementation of social programs and national projects, and the achievement of the goals laid down in the Strategy-2030 depend on which capacity and responsible deputy corps will be elected on September 8.

“The Tatarstan branch of the All-Russian political party “United Russia” is one of the most popular and influential in Russia. It is systematically working on securing social stability in the republic. The projects initiated by the party are socially significant and in demand. They are built into the general strategy of socio-economic development, working for the interests of the inhabitants of Tatarstan”, said R. Minnikhanov.

The President of the RT noted the significant role of the State Council of the Republic in the fact that today Tatarstan is a region with a strong economy, a stable social sphere, and an active civil society. The large-scale work of Tatarstan deputies, comprehensive coordination of public interests are behind the investment growth, the creation of favorable conditions for large, medium and small businesses, increasing the profitability of the republican budget, improving the life quality of Tatarstan people, said Rustam Minnikhanov.

“Today, Tatarstan occupies the second position in the National Rating of the Investment Climate in the Subjects of the RF. It is in the top 10 among the regions in terms of industrial and agricultural products, construction and housing, retail trade turnover and the volume of paid services. National projects are being implemented in the republic. More than 44 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes in 2019–2021”, said the President of the RT.

He added that the successful development of the economy makes it possible to implement a complex of republican social programs. There are already 40 of them. On the initiative of United Russia, the work on new programs is being done. “This is the modern development of educational Institutions, healthcare, culture, sports, all socially significant spheres, in the center of which is a person. I note that our achievements, interethnic and interfaith harmony, mutual understanding of all branches of government in Tatarstan are the basic conditions for improving the life quality of the people”.

Addressing the participants of the conference, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that participation in elections of a new composition of the republican parliament is the main task of the Tatarstan branch of “United Russia” and candidates, reports the press service of the President of the RT.

Rustam Minnikhanov outlined the main tasks that the party faces today. “Firstly, we must sum up the work of our parliament, where United Russia plays a leading role. This is a report to our citizens; what we have done and what tasks we set. In addition to implemented programs, we have twelve national projects. United Russia should inform residents of its plans, make a report on the work done and continue to work for the good of our republic. It is essential that we have a strong, professional, efficient parliament”, concluded Rustam Minnikhanov.
