A five-meter replica of the Syuyumbike Tower was installed at the exhibition “Russia in Miniature” in Sochi

The exposition will be open during the days of the World Youth Festival

A replica of the Syuyumbike Tower was installed at the exhibition “Russia in Miniature”, which is working as part of the World Youth Festival in Sochi. The replica is a five-meter art object on the Medal Square in the center of the Olympic Park.

The layout was created by students of the Kazan Energy College and the Kazan College of Folk Arts and Crafts, as well as employees of the Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science. They decided to present the Syuyumbike Tower at the exhibition because it symbolizes the history, culture and greatness of the region.

In total, 32 art objects have been installed at the exhibition “Russia in Miniature”.

In addition, Tatarstan was among the five regions of the country that were given the opportunity to build pavilions at the World Youth Festival. Various master classes, meetings and other events will be held in the exposition.

For reference, the World Youth Festival will take place on 1-7 March in the federal territory of Sirius. More than 20,000 people will attend the event, including 1,000 children aged 14-18.
