The program of the festival “Street Positive” in Kazan: dance jams, break-dance, hip-hop, and skateboards

The All-Russian Youth Festival of Street Culture will start tomorrow in the capital of Tatarstan.

(KZN.RU, July 26). From 27 to July of 29, the All-Russian Youth Street Culture Festival “Street Positive” will be held in the capital of Tatarstan. Participants of the festival will be teams of youth centers, schools, colleges, universities, and solo performers. A rich program awaits the guests of the festival, which will start tomorrow.

The opening of the festival will be held on July 27 at 10 am in the park “Kontinent”. The Championship of the RT on cycling will be held within the framework of the competitions in the disciplines of Kickscoot and BMH.

On July 28, the festival will be held at Dekabristov Street, №100. The program includes a DJ performance, dance jams, and the Footwork nomination.

On July 29, the main day of the All-Russian festival of Street Culture will be in the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest from 12 pm to 10 pm. More than three thousand participants from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk, Mendeleevsk, Yelabuga, Yoshkar-Ola, Izhevsk, Saratov, Ulyanovsk, Kirov, Togliatti, Samara, Ekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow, and other cities will compete.

Competitions will be held in eight categories: Break Dance, BMX, Graffiti, Kickscoot, Roller Sports, Rap, Skateboard, and Hip Hop. Winners will be awarded certificates and invited to the annual training camp site “Berezhok”, which will be held from 2 to 5 of August.

According to the organizers, “Street Positive” is an entire industry with a lot of opportunities for professional development of skills and self-expression of youth. The festival aims to popularize a healthy lifestyle, to identify and promote gifted children and young people.
