Dmitry Kremlyov was awarded the title of Honored IT&C Worker of the republic of Tatarstan

The award was presented to the head of the Information Technology and Communications Department of Kazan by Rais (Head) of Tatarstan

A meeting of the Association for Facilitation of the Digital Development took place in the capital of Tatarstan. It was attended by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. Dmitry Kremlyov, Head of the Information Technology and Communications Department of Kazan, reported to the head of the republic on the implementation of the Digital Kazan project. At the ceremony held after the meeting, the Rais of Tatarstan awarded him the honorary title of Honored IT&C Worker of Tatarstan.

Issues of interaction with legal entities and the introduction of a smart electricity metering system in apartment buildings were discussed at the meeting. In addition, the issues of the application of data analysis technology and machine learning in electric grid organizations, the development of the billing system of housing and utilities services, and other aspects were discussed.

Since 2009, Tatenergosbyt company has been a link between producers and consumers of electricity, as well housing and utilities services in the republic. The company implements modern electronic projects, one of which is the Unified Payment Center. According to the head of the republic, it allowed to improve the service for customers, ensure the level of transparency and collection of payments.

“In Tatarstan, the level of collection of payments for housing and utilities services exceeds 99%. This result is due to the fact that the Unified Payment Center serves 82% of the housing stock of the republic. At the same time, municipalities have reserves for switching to payments with the Center,”- said Rustam Minnikhanov. He instructed the heads of municipal districts, together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan, to strengthen work in this area.

Further, the meeting heard reports on the "Concept of creating a digital platform for genetic data in the Republic of Tatarstan" and "Ensuring the discipline of financial flows in the electric power industry and housing and communal services by Tatenergosbyt JSC."
