Christmas mood in the parks and squares: Kazan citizens will have a busy cultural program on holidays

The program “Winter in Parks” will last until January 13, 2019.

(KZN.RU, December 19). The entertainment program “Winter in Parks” started in Kazan. Holidays, theatrical performances, master classes, concerts, games, competitions, and much more were prepared for residents and guests of the city.

The program “Winter in Parks” is organized by the Directorate of Parks and Squares for the second year. It started on December 14 with the opening ceremony of a skating rink in the Park “Chernoe Ozero”.

The program includes a variety of activities for adults and children. For example, on December 20, the project “Tales in the Forest” starts in the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky Forest, in the framework of which New Year fairytales will be read to kids. Children will listen to the adventures of fairy-tale characters at 7 pm in the cafe “Les”. On December 22, a solemn lighting up of the New Year's decoration at the Bauman Street will take place at 4 pm.

The central Christmas tree will open in the park “Chernoe Ozero” at 4 pm on December 24 and at the Family Center “Kazan” on December 27. The celebration of the Old New Year will be held on the same site on January 13, which will end a special holiday program.
