“Komosstroy Kazan”: “We will begin to construct the second house of HC ”MChS” after guaranteed land”

<p> (KZN.RU, August 1, Alsu Safina). In the capital city of Tatarstan the Open Company “Komosstroy Kazan” is ready to begin to construct a block “A” of the second house of HC ”MChS” after the receipt of guarantees required under the indemnification land. Today Denis Chaynikov, the chief of “Komosstroy Kazan”, informed about it to the “Fon” shareholders. According to him, the construction will begin in August. “We will undertake our best for approach of this moment”, - Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee, assured. The meeting was held at the problem housing complex, where the shareholders had housed in tented accommodation. </p> <p> Denis Chaynikov, the chief of “Komosstroy Kazan”, told the shareholders that the budget documentation is being subjected to expert scrutiny, as it is expected, this question will be resolved by the end of the week. At the same time the chief of the company explained that the evaluation of the estimated costs for the works is a new procedure which earlier was not required. </p> <p> Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee, reminded that now a draft decree of the President of the RT has been prepared pursuant to the providing land for the Open Company “Komosstroy Kazan”, the signing of the document will become possible after approved of budget documentation. “When we began to come in here and then said at once: we will begin to work only after guaranteed land. As soon as there's any confidence that we will get the land, during 2-3 weeks we will commence the construction“, - Denis Chaynikov noted and added that the company will be ready to commence the construction of problem object of “Fon” shareholders in the middle of August. </p> <p> As the chief of “Komosstroy Kazan" explained it is a question of the land opposite the house №43 on Kosmonavtov Street, not far from the problem residential complex. The section will be able to compensate a part of the cost of builder for the construction of block “A” of the second house, the Republic Fund for the Support of Deceived Shareholders is searching for the additional sources of financing. We will remind that the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the RT applied to Дом.РФ for for receiving federal funds for the construction of problem objects in the republic. </p> <p> The second house of 527 apartments consists of 7 residential blocks and 8 uninhabited blocks, block “A” includes 87 apartments. The house is a specular reflection of the first house which was handed in of blocks since December 2016 and full operational capability of the house was achieved in April of 2018. </p> <p> The plan of the contractor is to finish works at the block “A” till June of next year, as D.Chaynikov reminded that it will be necessary to improve the house territory. It is supposed that the block “A” will be handed in together with uninhabited blocks “А*” and “B*”. </p> <p> In communicating with the shareholders the chief of the company “Komosstroy Kazan” expressed the readiness of starting the construction of the whole house. The construction of the second house of the HC “MChS” began in 2012 and would have been finished at the end of 2016. The deadlines were repeatedly rescheduled. A year ago there were the attempts to resume the construction, however, the works were suspended owing to lack of financing. The negotiations with future contractor began last December. This year the agreement was signed between the Republic Fund for the Support of Deceived Shareholders, the Open Company “Fon”, the Open Company “Komosstroy”, and the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of Kazan. </p>
