Azat Nigmatzyanov held a traditional onsite meeting on the construction of problematic venues.
A traditional onsite meeting on problematic equity construction facilities was held in Kazan today. Representatives of the city administration, the developer, contractors, and distribution organizations inspected the readiness of three houses at MHCS residential complex and the house on 57 Dostoevsky Street. Azat Nigmatzyanov, first Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, held the meeting.
The construction of the second, third and fourth houses of the MCHS residential complex, which were initially built by the Fon company, is now being carried out by the contractor - Ak Tash company. The houses are scheduled to be put into operation this year. “Currently, 1,560 specialists are working at the construction site”, - said Gazinur Akhmetov, Director of the Ak Tash company.
The construction of house №2 is almost completed. In the last month, construction cranes have been removed, and most of the interior finishing work has been done. Azat Nigmatzyanov, together with other participants of the meeting, examined several apartments, checked the ventilation pipes and the roof.
In the yard of the house, the meeting participants outlined plans for landscaping, discussed the decoration of the front of houses and other issues.
The meeting continued at the construction site of the house on 57 Dostoevsky Street, which has been under construction since the early 2000s, the house is the oldest of the unfinished equity houses in Kazan. For the completion of the house, the Briz company was involved as a contractor.
The meeting participants examined the staircases and interior decoration of the premises, then discussed the connection of engineering networks. Azat Nigmatzyanov instructed the contractor to speed up work on the site, but not at the expense of quality.
