Progress of work on equity construction was discussed at meeting in Executive Committee of Kazan

Work on calculations of insolation for the third house “Svey” on Chetaev street is ongoing, the construction is on schedule at the house of “Mag-Stroy” in the 68th block.

(KZN.RU, August 1, Alsu Safina). The progress of work on equity construction was discussed at the weekly meeting in the Executive Committee of Kazan. As it became known, the work on calculations of insolation for the third house “Svey” of problem residential complex of Open Company ”Svey“ company in 71а block on Chetaev Street is ongoing, the construction is on schedule at the house of “Mag-Stroy” in the 68th block on Chistopolskaya Street. The Open Company “Komosstroy Kazan" is still under negotiation of design and budget documentation which is going to complete the second house of problem residential complex “MChS” of the “Fon” company.

Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, informed that the preliminary estimates for calculations of insolation for the third house “Svey” on Chetaev Street has been already received which were directed last week to the State Non-departmental Expertize Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture.

We will remind that the OC «Svey» builder was issued a permit for the construction of 3-section of 9-floor house, however, the apartments were sold as for 9-section of 18-floor residential house. The construction had decided to put a freeze during of the frame house erection. The project is very necessary for the residential house erection with the relevant standards. To begin design engineering, it is necessary to agree calculations on insolation, which will show a permissible of the number of house storeys, area and the numbert of apartments, as well as to approve of a conceptual design with technical and economical indexes in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan Executive Committee.

Azat Nigmatzyanov told that the State Non-departmental Expertize Administration has some comments on these calculations. It is necessary to optimize them during this week, as the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, talking to Olga Rossikhina, the manager of the MPK “Alpha-Stroyproekt”, who engages in calculations on insolation.

The construction is on schedule at the house of 320-room house of “Mag-Stroy” on Chistopolskaya Street. Andrey Belyakov, the director of the company “Briz”, informed about it at the meeting which is as a prime contractor of this object. We will note that the construction of this house began in 2007 which would have been finished in 2012, however, the construction works were stopped because of bankruptcy of the builder, the Open Company “Mag-Stroy”. Since the autumn of the last year the company “Briz” was connected to the problem object where the works have not been done for two years.

Also the work is under way for the construction of the second house of problem residential complex “MChS” of the “Fon” company, the Open Company “Komosstroy” will complete a problem object. The construction of the second house of the HC “MChS” began in 2012 and would have been finished at the end of 2016. The deadlines were repeatedly rescheduled. A year ago there were the attempts to resume the construction, however, the works were suspended owing to lack of financing. The negotiations with future contractor began last December. This year the agreement was signed between the Republic Fund for the Support of Deceived Shareholders, the Open Company “Fon”, the Open Company “Komosstroy”, and the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of Kazan.

Today at the conference Denis Chaynikov, the chief of “Komosstroy Kazan”, told about the negotiations with the State Non-departmental Expertize Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture.

As well Ivan Novikov, executive director of the Republic Fund for the Support of Deceived Shareholders, Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction, Ayrat Akhmetkhanov, the deputy head of the Housing Policy Department, the representatives of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kazan Executive Committee, building and network organisations, urban services, initiative groups of shareholders, and others took part in the conference.
