Kazan viewers will join the vote for the best short film

The Manhattan Short Film Festival will be held at the cinema “Mir” from September 27 to October 7.

(KZN.RU, September 19). From September 27 to October 7, the Manhattan Short Film Festival will be held at the cinema “Mir” in Kazan. The audience will see 9 movies of outstanding directors from different countries.

The festival is held annually in 350 cities of the world and each year brings together more than 100 thousand fans of the short meter to participate in interactive voting to choose the best film. The shows will take place simultaneously in America, Russia, France, South Africa, Italy, Mexico, Austria, the UK, and other countries. In Russia, 32 cities will take part in the selection of the best film of the Manhattan Short Film Festival.

The Kazan viewers will see the best thriller of 2018 according to the Hollyshorts film festival “Baghead” (Great Britain), the best comedy of the film festival in Los Angeles “The Fire in the Cardboard City” (New Zealand), the film-winner of 13 festival awards “Two Strangers Who Meet Five Times” (Great Britain), winner of 12 prestigious film awards and a special jury Sundance Film Festival prize “Fauve” (Canada), participant of more than 30 prestigious festivals this year “Lacrimosa” (Austria), and others.
