<p> (KZN.RU, May 15). Today it is 5 years from the day when the start was given to the construction of the residential complex “Salavat Kupere” in the Zalesny Settlement of the Kirovsky district. Now there are 8.5 thousand inhabitants living there, 9180 apartments in 32 houses have been delivered. </p> <p> Every third resident in the new settlement is younger than 16 years old, and the neighborhood is rightfully considered a family home, reports the press service of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan. Today, there are two kindergartens. In September 2018, 1206 children went to the new Polytechnic School №182. In 2017, an adult polyclinic opened in the “Salavat Kupere”. The repair of the Children's City Polyclinic №4 was completed in February of this year. In addition, the Yudino police department №4 opened in the micro-district in January last year. 78 law enforcement officers provide security. </p> <p> Residents are satisfied with their life in the “Salavat Kupere” as well. In particular, they like that the infrastructure for family people is created there: kindergartens, school, clinic, and sports grounds. “We sincerely love our neighborhood. At 7 in the morning, the birds are singing here, you can go for a run in the field, go back and work out on the sports ground”, Mariyam Kitaeva, a mother of five children, shared her impressions. </p> <p> The micro-district continues to evolve. Today, there are 10 residential buildings with 2652 apartments in various stages of construction. This year construction and opening of three kindergartens are expected. </p> <p> In general, it is planned that 1.5 million square meters will be erected in a residential complex on an area of 400 hectares of housing, including the social mortgage program. According to the developers, the “Salavat Kupere” should become a city with its business and administrative center with a population of 50 thousand people. 22 kindergartens, 7 schools and several parking lots will be built in the micro-district. The large-scale project for the construction of the fellow-city of Kazan “Salavat Kupere” was announced in 2011. </p>
