<p> (KZN.RU, December 29). From December 30 to January 8, Kazan municipal parking lots will operate free of charge. The layout of parking can be found on the website “Kazan Parking”. </p> <p> </p> <p> In 2019, municipal parking lots will run free of charge on February 23, March 8 and 9, from 1 to 4 of May, from 9 to 11 of May, on June 12, August 30, November 4 and 6, as well as on Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. </p>
