The capital of the republic of Tatarstan takes the fourth place of the rating

Kazan takes the fourth place in the rating of holiday destinations in October. This is reported by the Russian hotel and apartment booking service TVIL.RU.

Sochi took the first place in the rating, St. Petersburg took the second place, Moscow closed the top three. Kaliningrad, Kislovodsk, Pyatigorsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnaya Polyana and Gelendzhik were also included in the list of cities popular with tourists in October.

October is considered a perfect month for sightseeing tourism, the rating compilers explain. Mostly tourists choose three-day weekend trips.
