(KZN.RU, March 18). Kazan is in the top 3 popular Russian cities for traveling during the May holidays. The top 5 includes St. Petersburg, Moscow, Petrozavodsk, and Nizhny Novgorod in addition to the capital of Tatarstan, which occupies the second place in the rating.

Tourists book tours of the cities of Russia for the period from 2 days in Nizhny Novgorod to 4 days in St. Petersburg and spend on living from 2.5 thousand rubles a day in Nizhny Novgorod to 4.2 thousand rubles in Kazan. In St. Petersburg, guests will pay an average of 3.5 thousand rubles per day for a hotel, in Moscow – 2.7 thousand rubles.
