Kazan will host a match of the KHL stars and a master show in 2019

Tatarstan was chosen as a venue for the 2019 Hockey Stars Week.

(KZN.RU, March 28). The week of hockey stars of 2019 will be held in two Tatarstan cities - Kazan and Nizhnekamsk. The long-awaited event for fans of hockey will take place in January next year. This decision was made today, March 28, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) in Moscow.

First, athletes will come to Nizhnekamsk, where on January 12 a match of the Women's Hockey League Stars is planned, and on January 13 - the Youth Hockey League Challenge Cup. In Kazan a master show on January 19, and a match of the KHL stars on January 20 will take place. The agreement between the KHL and Tatarstan on holding the Hockey Stars Week 2019 will be signed in May 2018 in Kazan.

"This is the main show of the season of three leagues," the press service of the Continental Hockey League reports. - In the period from 12 to 20 January the region will live with hockey ".

In 2018, the match of the KHL stars was held in Astana.
