Kazan plans to host the 2028 European Aquatics Championships

<p> Kazan plans to host the LEN European Aquatics Championships in 2028. This was announced by Vladimir Leonov, Tatarstan Ministry of Sports </p> <p> According to him, this issue was discussed during a meeting with the head of the European Swimming League (LEN) Antonio Jose Silva. </p> <p> “Kazan was supposed to host LEN Championship in summer this year, but it was decided to organize it to Belgrade. Now we are being offered to host the tournament in 2028,”- TASS quotes the minister. He added that a new round of negotiations will take place shortly. </p>
