Ilsur Metshin takes second place in the national ranking of mayors for the first quarter

Experts evaluated the work of the heads of eighty- eight Russian cities.

The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin was ranked second in the national ranking of mayors from January to March 2022. The research was conducted by the Rating Information Communications Center together with the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

As part of the study, experts evaluated the activities of mayors of eighty-eight regional capitals and major financial and industrial centers of the country. The rating results were obtained on the basis of online questionnaires, as well as online and face-to-face surveys of representatives of the expert community.

The Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin has headed the rating, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin ranked second, the third is the head of Kaluga Dmitry Denisov. The head of Tyumen Ruslan Kuharuk and the Mayor of Sochi Alexey Kopaygorodsky entered the top five.

For reference, Ilsur Metshin regularly becomes the leader of the ratings. Thus, the Mayor of Kazan headed the media rating of the heads of the capital cities of the Volga Federal District for February 2022.
