Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin expressed his condolences to the relatives and friends of the victims of the tragedy that occurred in Kemerovo: the day before, on March 25, in the local shopping center occurred a fire, which killed 64 people, including children. </p> "With a deep sense of shock, I’ve taken the sorrowful news of the fire. On behalf of the citizens of Kazan and myself, I express to You and to the families and friends of the victims the most sincere condolences, and I wish the victims a fast recovery" tells the telegram, addressed to the head of the city of Kemerovo.
