Ilsur Metshin: «We are in dialogue with residents to reach a compromise that will satisfy as many wishes as possible»

Comprehensive improvement of the yards in the Azino-2 microdistrict, including houses 76, 78, 80, 84 and 88 on Pobedy Avenue and on 1 Chishmale Street, has been completed

To date, the Our Yard program has been completed by 85% in Kazan, including the yards of residential buildings at 76, 78, 80, 84 and 88 Pobedy Avenue and 1 Chishmale Street. A boardwalk with paved sidewalks was created for more than 4,000 residents. In autumn, a thousand shrubs will be planted in the green areas. Entrances, sidewalks and canopies were also repaired, and elevators are scheduled to be replaced in one of the houses. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected the work done in the yard.

«When implementing the Our Yard program, we prioritize comprehensive improvement. We are visiting Pobedy Avenue, where a comprehensive renovation of the yard area of six houses has been completed. Four thousand people live here. We install small architectural forms here: lighting, paths, as well as sportsgrounds. In general, this year we are improving the yards of 464 apartment buildings and are approaching 85 percent completion of the work planned for this year under the program of the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov,» - said Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan.

The roadways and sidewalks in the yard were renovated on a total area of 11,500 square meters under the Our Yard republican program. In addition, the access roads to nearby schools № 156 and № 149 have been repaired.

This work has allowed us to increase the number of parking spaces by 26, bringing the total number to 290. A new walking area with an area of 2,800 square meters has also been equipped in the yard.

A modern playground with a sandy surface was installed in the yard. It is equipped with swings, and rocking chairs, as well as various other children's and sports facilities. “We work for our people.
