Ilsur Metshin holds an on-site meeting on the development of the city's water infrastructure

<p> The implementation of the concept “Kazan - a city on the water” has begun in Kazan. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited several water infrastructure sites. A decision to expand the wake park in the village of Torfyanoy was made. This park serves the Tatarstan national team and this is where up to 200 amateur skaters skate daily in the summer. After the expansion, the park will be able to accommodate twice as many athletes. </p> <p> To date, the facility has reached its maximum capacity. In order to continue development, it is necessary to expand the area of water use. </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin has approved the project for space development. </p> <p> “We support the idea of increasing water management. We will provide access roads for you and help you to improve the site. Kazan Development Institute will provide you with standard projects for landscaping,”- said Ilsur Metshin. </p> <p> For reference, the concept “Kazan - a city on the water” was developed by the Institute for Urban Development. </p> <p> Deputy head of Kazan Executive Committee Ildar Shakirov, head of Sovetsky city district Administration Roman Fatkhudinov, Chief Architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, Chairman of Land Improvement Committee Renat Galyautdinov, and others attended the meeting. </p> <p>   </p>
