Ilsur Metshin told about a number of city facilities that will open this year: the circus, the Zoo, the metro station. He talked about plans for the overhaul of social facilities: houses of culture, housing, schools, kindergartens, and health facilities, preparations for the World Cup, and many other things. The head of the city also invited Kazan citizens to polling stations on March 18 and urged them to take part in voting at the presidential elections in Russia.
