<p> (KZN.RU, November 8, Alina Berezhnaya). The celebration of the 215th-anniversary of Kazan university, as well as totals of the year and the development prospects of faculty of law of the KFU have been discussed at today's meeting of Board of trustees of the department under the direction of the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the chairman of the Council. </p> <p> Liliia Bakulina, the head of department, acted with the main report. She reported of achievements of the department for a year, as well as spoke of perspectives and projects for 2019-2020. The license to opening specialities on two directions was the important event in the life of the faculty of law - legal supplying of national safety and judicial prosecutor activity. According to words of L.Bakulina, the department waited for this event two years. </p> <p> As Liliia Bakulina noted, today the students of the faculty of law of the KFU became winners of international competitions, where they presented the whole country. Besides the department is in close co-operation with leading world high schools. Ilsur Metshin positively noted work of teaching staff of the department, he expressed hope that such high positions would be preserved in future. He made suggestions how to increase the amount of high schools-partners. “It is necessary to expand geography of communications to increase the number of the students and teachers exchanges“, - I.Metshin noted. </p> <p> As well the question of celebrating the 215th-anniversary of Kazan federal university was raised at the meeting. The anniversary of the high school will note next year. Damir Valeev presented the proposal to create a bibliographic book of the teachers of faculty of law. </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin supported the proposal, noting that it was possible to attract the State republic archive to this work. As well the Chapter of the city noted that the potential of graduates of faculty of law was huge. “Work actively, our department should be stronger, more powerful and better in all directions”, - I.Metshin concluded. </p>
