Gastronomic stand-up, hospitality lessons and cooking classes - the Delicious Kazan festival to take place in the capital of Tatarstan

Visitors will taste dishes, participate in a quest and learn recipes from chefs at the special sites.

The Delicious Kazan gastronomic festival will be held in the capital of Tatarstan on September 17-18 at the square in front of the Palace of Farmers

Several themed sites will operate here – Milk Street, Cheese Lane, Meat Square, Sweet Avenue and Healthy Food district. At each site, visitors will be able to taste dishes, participate in a gastronomic quest and learn the best recipes and cooking secrets from Kazan chefs.

Brand chef Maxim Tarusin, a special guest star of the festival, will hold a master class and will be one of the jury members of the competition for the best dessert of Kazan, the Tourism Development Committee of the city reports.

The festival, which will be held for the eighth time, will present leading concepts and projects in the field of public catering in Kazan and the republic. The event will take place from 12:00 to 20:00, free entry.

Every year, tens of thousands of citizens and tourists visit the Delicious Kazan festival. The main goal of the festival is the promotion of the Tatar national cuisine, the development of food culture and the presentation of a wide variety of menu formats, gastronomy and cuisines presented in the city. The festival contributes to the development of Kazan as the gastronomic capital of Russia. This trademark was registered on January 20, 2021.
