“Young specialist – builder of the future” Forum will take place at the Kazan Expo IEC

The program comprises round-table discussions, master classes, and a career fair

On November 23 and 24, Tatarstan’s capital will host the “Young specialist – builder of the future” Forum. Kazan Expo IEC will bring together the students and professors of architectural and civil engineering universities and secondary specialized educational institutions, experts and employers, representatives of business and ministries concerned.

Participants will be discussing the prospects of the young specialists’ growth at the enterprises and demand for the construction workers in the labor market with one of the topics being workforce education and training. The speakers will also touch upon the skills needed for a successful career in the industry.

As the press office of the Ministry of construction, architecture, housing and utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan informs, for schoolchildren there will be organized career guidance events and master classes, for students – round-table discussions with experts, meeting with employers, a career fair, visits to large manufacturing and construction sites in Tatarstan.
