E. Lodvigova: “Upgrading infrastructure of heat supply objects is root question of the uninterrupted supply of heat to citizens' houses”

<p> (KZN.RU, July 29, Ksenia Shvetsova). This year “the AO “Kazenergo” has launched the project for creation of “clever” heat supply networks. It will allow to keep the energy bill under control, reduce electric power costs and enhance the effectiveness of boiler rooms. Today Rustam Abdulkhakov, the chief manager of the enterprise, informed about it at the Business Monday. </p> <p> Powersaving and increasing of efficiency is one of the key principles of the enterprise work which supplies with heat of 25% of the city population. During the last 5 years, according to R.Abdulkhakov, “the AO “Kazenergo” is invested annually to powersaving no less than 150 million roubles. </p> <p> This year together with the company “Danfoss” the enterprise commences the realisation of pilot project for implementation of clever heat supply networks from the boiler “Green, 1”. “As a result of project, the implementation of heat supply network will be increased, as well as the optimum hydraulic mode will be supplied, the electric power costs will be reduced , - R. Abdulkhakov explained. - All parameters of work of heat supply network will be transmitted to the central dicpatching centre - it will increase the speed of response at the off-line situations. And the improvement quality of thermalsupply will be appreciable for citizens“. </p> <p> Reliability and quality of thermalsupply allow to increase as well the automation and the scheduling of boiler rooms, as he added. Now entirely 58 boilers and the central thermal items out of 164 enterprise objects work in automated mode without engagement of human labour in Kazan. All parameters of work boiler rooms and the central thermal items are removed to the central dicpatching centre. </p> <p> “The automation program provides the performance of works for the boiler rooms with small installed power up to 3 Gkal per hour. For 10 years of the program realisation it allowed to lower the number of personnel service of boilers and the central thermal items more than on 180 people“, - the speaker informed. </p> <p> Now the company faces the task of optimisation and scheduling of boiler of average capacity from 3 to 10 Gkal. This work is led at the expense of investment program - 3-4 boilers are reconstructed in a year. </p> <p> As well the project on the consumers' switching from leased by the enterprise of an old boiler room “October town” and an obsolete boiler room “Kosmonavtov, 21” to the large boiler rooms “Kosmonavtov, 12” and “А.Kutuya, 39” has been started this year, as well as switching of the small-sized inefficient boiler room to heat supply networks of “Tatenergo”. According to R.Abdulkhakov, these events simultaneously lower manufacturing cost of thermal energy from other boiler rooms and increase a share of combined manufacture in the system “Tatenergo”. This year the consumers of four boiler rooms will be switched - about 40 million roubles has been directed to it. </p> <p> “Upgrading infrastructure of heat supply objects is root question of the uninterrupted supply of heat to citizens' houses, - Evgenia Lodvigova, the first deputy head of the Kazan Municipality, noted. - We understand that this direction requires the financial enclosures. It is important to find the most effective decisions“. </p> <p> We will remind that “the AO “Kazenergo” produces the thermal energy at 138 boiler rooms and 26 central thermal items, supplying with heat of 25% of the city population. Total of heat consumers is 3702 objects, including 1970 multi-room houses and 327 objects of social sphere. </p>
