(KZN.RU, August 13, Alsu Safina). Since the beginning of this year, more than 500 plots near the settlements of Bolshie Derbyshki and Kulseitovo have been allocated to large families of Kazan. Until the end of this year, large families will be granted 800 more plots of land. Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, noted at the Business Monday, the work on providing land plots will be continued. In particular, this will be facilitated by the involvement in the economic circulation of a land plot in the Vysokogorsky region with a total area of 1600 hectares, which is in federal ownership.
Denis Kalinkin drew attention to the fact that a large and very laborious work is carried out to provide lots of large families with plots in Kazan. “The work is not going as fast as we would like, but progress is noticeable. More than 500 plots have been allocated since the beginning of the year, another 800 are planned to be allocated by the end of it”, noted Denis Kalinkin. “After we will formalize the rights to the federal lands in the Vysokogorsky region with the help of the republic. There will be a reserve for another thousand plots. We will continue this work”.
The distribution of territories located near the village of Sokury in the Laishevsky region and the village Kaimary in the Vysokogorsky region is carried out as well.
According to Renat Galyautdinov, the chairman of the Land and Property Relations Committee, it is planned to develop an area of 2.7 hectares in the village of Kaimary in the Vysokogorsky region and 17 hectares in the Laishevsky region by the end of this year. “Works on engineering and geodetic research, development of the project of planning and surveying of the said territories have been organized in the specified territories for today”, said the chairman of the Land and Property Relations Committee.
Since 2012, 5088 large families have been provided with free land. There are still more than 5 thousand families in the lists of citizens entitled to receive a free land plot. Every day more than 50 large families visit the Committee for Land and Property Relations, who want to submit documents for state registration of ownership of land.
